Continuing its positive relationship with the university, TAP ARCHITECTURE designed this campus mall to ultimately bring students and administrative new campus life and activities.
The project scope includes a 100 foot Centennial Clock Tower, an 8,000 square foot open air pavilion and complete landscape and hardscape of the area.
The pavilion functions as a protected, outdoor space suitable for a variety of university activities. To ensure accessibility, the pavilion is adjacent to and has a direct link to the Student Center.
TAP has worked closely with OC through the creation of two Master Plans, encompassing approximately 30 buildings, as well as site development and planning for the potential growth of approximately 20 buildings and sports facilities.
