St. Gregory’s University

“St. Gregory’s University embarked upon a process to rebuild the Benedictine Hall turrets damaged by a 5.7 earthquake in November 2011. The University knew it needed an architectural firm that not only understood the building but eh National Park Service Standards for Rehabilitation. After an extensive search involving several architecture firms, we chose TAP ARCHTETURE as our partner…… Your firm’s knowledge of the NPS Standards proved to be invaluable to the University as all requests for approval from the State Historic Preservation Office and the National Park Service were approved with no changes. Your work met the goals of restoring the towers such that from a distance, damage or change was not perceptible, yet close-up, the extent of the damage could still be perceived. Your firm’s extensive drawings, pictures and applications were outstanding and no doubt moved the project to successful approval. Throughout the first phase of this project, TAP was a trusted partner with the University and we look forward to working together again on the second and final phases of this project.”
