OG&E Customer Service Center
Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
This 50,000 sf. customer service center incorporates a state of the art training center accommodating up to 75 trainees, a call center with service stations for 136 service representatives, work stations for 98 support staff and 24 private offices. The design provides attractive common area for OG&E staff to lounge, dine and exercise. Finishes were chosen to be soothing, durable, and timeless. The result is a contemporary hi-tech but welcoming work environment for OG&E.
