Lincoln Renaissance Streetscape
Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Unprecedented in scope, scale and delivery method, The Lincoln Renaissance Streetscape defined a new Oklahoma model for successful public/private partnering in state sponsored property development and urban revitalization. The project involved acquisition and assembly of over 50 individual properties along the state highway north of the Oklahoma State Capitol complex and prepared for new construction of over 900,000sf of state agency office buildings.

TAP ARCHITECTURE assembled a development team to deliver the entire project including land use and master planning, property acquisition and assembly, street beautification, building design and delivery. The project transformed one mile of blight into a sparkling boulevard with adjacent land parcels ready to site new state buildings and associated agencies.
