Lawton Town Center – Mixed Use
Lawton, Oklahoma
TAP ARCHITECTURE is partnering with Ruhl and Ruhl Development and Confluence Design Group of De Moines, Iowa to provide master planning for a 750,000 square foot mixed-use project being developed in Lawton, Oklahoma.
This project will be the catalyst for a $250 million revitalization of Downtown Lawton. The City of Lawton has completed the acquisition and assembly of approximately 90% of the site area for the 50-acre Phase I of the development and infrastructure construction is underway.
Lawton Town Center, centrally located in Lawton between Ferris and Gore streets on the east side of N.W. 2nd will serve not only the 110,000 people currently residing in Lawton but the 325,000 residents in the 50-mile radius that trade in Lawton.
