TAP’s phased master plan included pedestrian-friendly linkages between Edmond’s Central Business District, Market District and University of Central Oklahoma’s Jazz Lab, along with wider sidewalks and right-sized streetscapes. Innovative landscaping and street furniture, mingled with a growing array of city-sponsored public art, invite pedestrians to linger in the thriving downtown area.
