While renovating a 1930s era home, the TAP team was challenged by an odd floor plan from a 1950s addition. Though sensitive to the home’s character, the addition left a long, narrow, alley of wasted space. This previously unused space became a 96 square foot addition with environmentally-controlled storage for the Owners’ valuable wine collection.
