TAPARCHITECTURE provided Visual Image, an innovative full service advertising agency, with interior design & space planning for new office space in Oklahoma City. Occupying two corporate floors totaling 10,000 sf, the new space provides 25 employees work area intended to promote teamwork.

The user sought to create an office space that presented the “one big idea” of the service/creative process to clients: representative of the mind, body and soul of the agency. The first floor, or Account Service level, provides the professional, polished look that introduces the customer service aspect to clients. The second floor, or Creative level, exhibits the innovative and progressive nature of the agency’s philosophy in media consulting.

One challenge of the transfer to the new space was moving staff from individual offices to a more free-flowing open work station environment. The client wanted to avoid traditional cubicles, thus an a-systematical form was employed to maximize teambuilding within the environment.

Special attention was paid to the development of group areas, including the conference rooms, client meeting rooms and unique brainstorming areas with a lounge-like touch.
