TAParchitecture’s offices at 415 Broadway in historic Automobile Alley reflect the firm’s ability to design a functional, adaptive re-use to a historic building while creating a workspace that inspires creativity and production. The firm renovated this neglected 1930s-era building with an eye to preserving the building’s historic character. The building façade was renewed but not changed while inside, steel bowstring trusses and exposed masonry were paired with clean, modern design.
