TAP’s award-winning design transformed an entire city block into a “campus of care,” providing emergency shelter for the homeless and a residential renewal program for those who tackle the personal challenges that face many guests of the City Rescue Mission.  The facilities include dining, chapel, dormitories, 54 residential units, medical clinic, gymnasium, childcare, education, vocational training and administration.
