TAP ARCHITECTURE designed the beer industry’s pre-eminent distribution center and corporate headquarters for Premium Beers, Oklahoma’s largest Anheuser-Busch distributorship. The TAP design team collaborated with Premium’s Senior Vice President of Operations.
Premium’s Senior Vice President had an intimate understanding of the beer distribution industry and of his company’s specific needs. Working together, TAP created a distinctive and exceptional facility that responds to the specific needs of Premium Beers.
This 230,000 sf structure incorporates traditional Anheuser-Busch details, mimicking the company’s famous St. Louis Brew-house. The building utilizes concrete tilt wall construction and thermal-mass exterior concrete panels with a brick veneer. It includes 110,000 sf of controlled environmental warehouse space. The 60,000 sf office space becomes an exterior focal point using the traditional character of masonry, cast stone and copper.
