TAP was asked to redesign OG&E’s 50,000 sq. ft. customer service center. The facility incorporates a state of the art training center accommodating up to 75 trainees, a call center with service stations for 136 service representatives, work stations for 98 support staff and 24 private offices.
The design provides a generous common area for OG&E staff to lounge, dine and exercise. Finishes were chosen to be soothing, durable, and timeless. The result is contemporary high tech but welcoming work environment for OG&E.
