The Architectural Partnership, now known as TAP, was established in 1988 by partners Anthony McDermid and John Ward. Since then, TAPARCHITECTURE has successfully completed hundreds of projects in 15 states and on 3 continents. TAP employs a fully integrated staff of registered architects and certified interior designers, who have produced a large and diverse body of work that has won the confidence of owners and peers. TAP pursues the general practice of architecture and interior design and also teams successfully with other professionals on major planning, urban design and development projects. With a growing list of culturally relevant and significant projects, TAP is establishing itself as the preeminent architectural firm in the area.

With memberships or certifications from the U.S. Green Building Council, leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED), the Construction Specifications Institute and the Urban Land Institute among others, the TAP team demonstrates a range of expertise which ensures preeminence in its work.
